INFORMED THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE OF THE COMPLAINT THAT WAS FILED WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I DID NOT OBSERVE WATER OR EXCESSIVE CONDENSATION LEAKING FROM THE VENTS AND ONTO FOOD PRODUCT. ANOTHER FOLLOW-UP WILL BE CONDUCTED LATER IN THE DAY TO OBSERVE THE VENTS DURING ANOTHER TIME PERIOD.
IN ADDITION, ENSURE THAT THE TABLES ARE PROMPTLY CLEANED AFTER THEY BECOME VACANT. |
